Of Grand Prior of Poland of the Order of Saint Stanislaus BM
regarding the Ceremony of investment of the postulants of the Order.
Paragraph 1.
Irwestment
1. The solemn acceptance of the postulani among Chevaliers and Dams by means of irwestment is conducted in church or other place particularly close to the Order and his Patron.
2. It Is advised to precede the investlture wtth a Holy mass conducted, if possibte, by the church officials, wrth the participation of the priests - Chevaliers of the Order.
3. During the holy mass, Chevaliers and Dams where the coats of the Order, whereas the postulants have them hung over the left forearm.
4. The ceremony of investment and decoration of Dams and Chevaliers is conducted by the Grand Master of the Order, Grand Prior of Poland or other Officer of the Order authorized by the above named,
5. Organizing of the ceremony of irwestiture is within competence of the proper Prior for the region, and in exceptional cases - of the Commander, who during that time accepts the duties of Marshall.
6. The Marshall elects the Sword Bearer and other persons needed for the efficient conducting of the investituref in agreement with the Grand Prior of Poland or other authorized Officer of the Order.
7. The Grand Prior of Poland or the Marshali greets the postulants and guests invrted for the ceremony. Each of the postulants is shortly presented before the ceremoniał investment
8. The Grand Prior of Poland or authorized by him, the Marshall of the ceremony announces to alt gathered „l hereby declare, that today's gathering organized to conduct the lnvestiture, was called according to the will of the Grand Master and in compliance wlth the articles of the Order" and then hę assures that the present postulants arę competent and worthy of being accepted into the Order and asks the Grand Master or an authorized Officer of the Order for conducting the investrture ceremony.
